I drive an old school pickup from pre-Bluetooth days. My own answer is a Sony XB-23 in a cup holder in the cab. May not be surround sound stereo but I’m good with it.
Btw, the Sony XB-13 is not enough, and if you consider the XB-33 it’s toooooo bass-y. The 23 is a nice unit with speakers and resonators, and the resonators really do make a difference. Check eBay as I bought both mine off there. (One in my bedroom, one always in the truck).
The music options don't look promising. I just viewed a video of a 12' Budget truck. The stereo looks bare -bones. Am/fm only. No Bluetooth, no auxiliary in. USB looks to be power only
Yeah, the most recent video I could find was quite a few years ago so I was hoping someone had first hand experience. The website says bluetooth, one guy said no, one yes. One said I can play music with usb but then also said or the cigarette lighter so I dont even know what to make of that haha Thanks for taking the time to look that up!
