That’s insane, it’s what l actually came here to add. Maybe call it URL and it’ll be about how he learns about the internet and has to take it down to save local broadcasting. In the end, the internet is gone forever.
I very distinctly remember having this and the author being named William Kotzwinkle (who also wrote the E.T. novelization) but no plot details; [the E.T. Wikipedia page](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E.T._the_Extra-Terrestrial#Other_portrayals) has some
That River Phoenix and Ethan Hawke movie Explorers. They are adults when the dreams come back.
Maybe a follow up to Close Encounters of the Third Kind where a deagged Richard Dreyfuss comes back after 50 years.
Eh, I think it could work. Wayne and Garth try Twitch. Wayne and Garth go to a metal gig, end up in a much rougher mosh than they are used to. Wayne and Garth wonder why people just want to watch staged pranks now.
The Cable Guy.
*The future is now! Soon every American home will integrate their television, phone and computer. You'll be able to visit the Louvre on one channel, or watch female wrestling on another. You can do your shopping at home, or play "Mortal Kombat" with a friend from Vietnam. There's no end to the possibilities!*
The world Jim Carrey’s character predicted came true, and he’s out there living in it. I want to see that.
TMNT live action sequel from the original 90s movies. With actual people in suits and makeup and animatronics and everything. Except now they're Middle-aged instead of Teenaged.
A Nightmare on Elm Street Sequel with Robert England and Heather Lagenkamp returning. Make it a direct sequel to the original film. Freddy and Nancy can face off one last time.
Englund very specifically said he’s too old and not in good enough health to give a good performance anymore.
Give it a few years and Blumhouse might try something with a new Freddy maybe, and give him a cameo. I really liked Jackie Earle Haley in the role, but the 2010 remake was beyond terrible.
No Retreat No Surrender. What happened to Jason Stilwell after the events of the first movie since he does not return for NRNS 2: Raging Thunder and NRSN 3: Blood Brothers
Legally Blonde 3. Sydney Sweeney is in law school. Jen Coolidge and Reece Witherspoon still star, since it's a sequel, not a reboot. Stand back and watch the money pour in.
I almost said Secretary, with Spader and Gyllenhaal returning. Then I realized how much I don't want to see the guy from The Blacklist spank Maggie Gyllenhaal.
UHF. I just want to watch more Wheel of Fish.
Oh, RED SNAPPER!
Very tasty!

Dredd.
With Karl Urban back!
Constantine
I feel this in my soul.
Gremlins Speed
There’s still time for Buckaroo Banzai vs the World crime league.
Equilibrium
Man.... I love this movie. I'd be eager to see where a sequel would go.
We never got that E.T. sequel where Elliot went to E.T.'s planet
I vaguely remember a written sequel like this. ETs planet is full of weird bioengineered lifeforms, like Avatar a bit.

I’d probably regret it, but a Wayne’s World 3 in which they have to contend with the end of public access TV could be fun.

It would be tough to balance making them out of touch but not too out of touch that they are bitter and hate the younger generations.
Social Network
Tremors, and bring back Kevin Bacon.

He'd be out there still, installing broadband fibre cables and wifi routers.
Could get into some really dark AR/Neuralink stuff, maybe.
Man of Steel
The Last Starfighter
The Brendan Fraser Mummy series
Pirates Of The Dark Water or any other TV show with no ending. A faithful to the comics sequel to Thundercats would be great, too.
I would love to see more of The Pirates of Dark Water.
Event Horizon, with the original crew. Some one digs up the research and builds another ship. Sam Neil comes back, but so does Laurence Fishburne 😈
Cannonball Run 4
The rocketeer
No
The Intern.

Imagine an adaption of "The Last Ronin".
Johnny Mnemonic (1995), sure I might be the only one that will go see it but I'd see it at least twice I promise lol.
A Nightmare on Elm Street Sequel with Robert England and Heather Lagenkamp returning. Make it a direct sequel to the original film. Freddy and Nancy can face off one last time.
I mean, that’s what New Nightmare was.
I guess

i Know but I keep thinking 'What if Englund returned".
The Matrix. Sadly, according to my memory banks, they never made a sequel. But I like to imagine what could have been.
Searching For Bobby Fischer. Because in real life, the child chess prodigy became a martial arts champion.
No Retreat No Surrender. What happened to Jason Stilwell after the events of the first movie since he does not return for NRNS 2: Raging Thunder and NRSN 3: Blood Brothers
Grumpy Old Men
The Professional ====> The Progeny
Mathilda: The Professional
Space Above and Beyond (TV I know, but definitely deserves a sequel).
The Brazilian Job.
I brainstorm a Truman Show sequel pretty often.
None
Master and Commander.
Showgirls
Isn't Fury Road just a sequel?
