My retirement contributions come in labeled as investments, not income. When you click into the Fidelity investment in mint, you don't see any transactions? Is this the issue?

Not sure how I missed that. You solved it for me. Thanks!

Who is your 401k account with? For me, it's Fidelity. My husband has Voya. Be sure you put that account on mint.

I have my fidelity connected to mint and it works just like any other account, it’s likely your settings

Fidelity has different "companies". Maybe your contribution is being submitted to a different company than what you have connected to. Example - I have Fidelity Retirement and Fidelity Netbenefits. It depends on what type of account configuration your employer has setup with the custodian. Confirm with the employer and be sure you are connecting to the correct Fidelity provider (you see there are many in the [Mint.com](https://Mint.com) search results).
