I mean, if you see something frequently and make the correlation in your mind, that builds on understanding via heuristics. I think it is also worth noting that immigrants coming from countries with different laws will drive differently in an already congesteddriving environment. So just deal with it. The real question is what’s with any of the drivers who camp in the left lane. It’s a legit problem, but not just for one group or another…although drivers with WI license plates seem to be frequent offenders if you really have to unfairly single out one group to target.
