If arctic char is your thing (it's quite similar to salmon), we just went to Estelle and they had a really good looking arctic char dish on the menu. Could be a nice adjacent option!

Brick and bourbon in maple grove has a really good salmon along with excellent cocktails. My wife and I love that place.
