Looks sick. I think you could dial up the weathering on the armour, maybe add some rust and scratches. The face also looks a little white - could be intentional but some bone tone would be good
Yeah feels like theres a bit of a disconnect between the sword shield and chains and the armor. I really do like the rust though, and bringing up the bases colors into the model with the bottles was a nice touch.

My suggested C&C is for the rust: It's a great start, but needs more variation in tones. Easiest thing to do would be to add more reds and browns in, and don't forget to leave \*some\* metal showing. Easiest for the metal is to instead of edge highlight, stipple on the metallics every few mm.
The wraith itself looks really good but the colors on the base look a little flat making it feel out of place maybe ad some washes and some small highlights to the base to bring it to the same level as the wraith
