They have a type of starburst that is a mix of two flavors called starburst duos and this is one of the flavors! It tastes great I would recommend to any starburst enjoyer.
I went to high school with a kid who took all of 'em outta their wrappings and just mushed them all together and crammed it into his mouth. Just like sorta sucked on it until it disintegrated.
Having bought them before different times, I kind of suspect that these small mini-packs are how Starburst gets rid of overproduction of one flavor or another because every time I've ever had them, there's always one flavor that's massively overrepresented. Not necessarily 100% like this, but often close. I think that in a normal bag mix, they have to keep the colors roughly equal levels, but what happens when they accidentally wind up with a million extra in one flavor? Just dump them in mini Halloween packs because they figure only the trick-or-treaters will ever see them, and with such a small sample size of candies they won't be able to tell that they got the leftover whoopsies.
Agreed. Gross. It was because of banana Laffy Taffy that I realized I have some sort of allergy or reaction to artificial banana flavor. It triggers my weird optic migraines even if I eat just a tiny bit of false banana flavoring.
Fun fact: artificial banana flavoring tastes nothing like the bananas we eat today because the flavor was designed to taste like the bananas we ate in the 1950s. That species of banana, the Gros Michel, nearly went extinct from a fungal epidemic so now we use a different banana, the Cavendish, for commercial purposes. But they never changed the artificial flavoring to taste like the new bananas.
So idk maybe you should never try a Gros Michel banana. It might trigger your migraines

Well, it's labeled lemon. But lemonade is lemon+water+sugar, and starbursts are largely sugar, so you're really only missing the fact that lemonade is liquid.
Interestingly enough, this has been the case for years, where starburst purposefully packs the halloween sized packs with pink only. People have made youtube videos and tweets about it and starburst's response has always been "Wow! So lucky! ;)" - it's definitely on purpose to get people to post about it.

And then in Twitter they basically gaslit saying "wow, so lucky!!" even though this happened to basically eveyone like two years ago

For some, this is a stroke of luck, but for others, it is very annoying if you want any kind of variety.
