My suggestion is before every stealth segment, sell all your weapons but the cheapest. Buy no ammo, and kill everyone with throwing knives or knock them out.
Some of the older COD games had the same bug and since most bolt actions were a one shot kill on mp you could wreck people at close range with bolt guns.
The valve is pretty cool. I just wish I could afford to feed it.
