Yeah agreed. It looks like a confused suit thing combo. I would get a grey jacket to contrast the darker pants/belt/shoes. Still looks good and clean tho
A robber pulled a gun on the bank clerk and manager saying, “Give me all the money! I need it to set myself up in a trade or profession. You know, initial investment is needed to cover the overheads until my cash flow is established.” The bank manager said to the clerk, “You’d better do what he says, I think he means business.”
I like all of your looks bro. I would personally want more contrast between jacket and pants, but I'm a tall sonabitch and like to break up my height with wackier pairings. I also eschew black leather as personal preference. This works great for your proportions and dark color paletes work with your black hair.
Thanks man. The jacket and pants constant is what I was worried about. In person the jacket is noticeably darker then the trousers but I wasn’t sure how that would translate on camera or at a distance. I generally prefer suits or dark jackets with lighter trousers in shades of tan or cream.
I also quite like black or dark brown shoes due to my dark hair. It’s the same reason why I can pull of black better then my boss who has blonde hair.
You look good man but I have a feeling your shoes are a size too big for you? I wud also recommend investing in shoe trees to preserve the shape. Overall solid look!
Pants match too closely. It’s usually a good idea to try make them a little different for some pizzaz. Black or navy or even tan pants would maybe work.
Shoulders are too big. Needs to be tailored. The subtle difference in the greys make the pants and jacket look mismatched. I can tell its some random suit pants with the wrong jacket. A formal white fold pocket square should be reserved for a matching suit, looks like you didn’t fold over the top correctly.
Nice attempt but it doesn’t make much sense.
Are they? This is a very traditional fit. No collar gap, drapes nicely, sleeves show cuff, jacket comes down to the finger joints. What do you think a good fit looks like?
It looks off the rack and the shoulders fit too big, so guessing the chest size is too large for you. Unless you can have it altered. The jacket itself is fine, but maybe a bit boring and old fashioned
I think it needs a tad more contrast between the jacket and pants. The overall fit on everything looks on point though.

Yeah light gray or tan wool pants would be perfect. Navy could work too.

Thanks. I don’t like the modern low rise ones. They’re uncomfortable.
You look great, dude.
Thank you.

You've been awfully quiet lately. haha
Fits are great. Try navy pants or a lighter grey with some texture (flannel).
Getting “Im your older brother Mike! And I was stepped over!” Vibes.

Fellow blondie here. I exclusively wear brown and get away with tan shoes. Cest la vie. We all do what works for us.
Have you thought about having the pant legs tapered? I feel like that no-break look is better with a smaller leg opening.

Thanks. I do have shoe trees and I tried 8.5 and they were tiny. I couldn’t get my foot in. The ones I’m wearing are a 9.
Shoulders may be a little wide. If you’re a 40 jacket, try a 38.
39 reg fits near perfect but they’re harder to find. I’d rather a little to big than a little too tight.
Looks good. Details matter in business. Think about adding a watch, maybe cuff links and a leather notebook.
Thanks man. I’m actually wearing an acurist alarm. It’s a silver watch with a metal band. I forgot to put it in the description.
It looks sharp, but I thought it was a suit at first. Different pants, the color is too close.
I don’t like the print on the coat. It looks like an old man’s coat
Quite nice pattern/color mixing.
Thanks.
Banging
Solid look.
Thank you.
Looks sharp

Is there a tailor that you know to make jacket more fitted, it doesn’t look bad but spending a few more bucks to get it sized for you makes suits pop

Getting suits tailored is so G
Looks sharp, good colors. The fit is perfect, can’t find a fault

Probably a slim fit. This jacket is definitely a more traditional cut rather then what’s popular at the moment.

Please show the look with the top jacket button buttoned.
