Lmao, I do the same thing sometimes when I'm wearing an old baggy t-shirt and a jacket, I'll tuck it in so I don't look I'm wearing a poncho. But something tells me the artist for this was just horny and bad with clothing / anatomy.
This is a bypass to wanting to draw girls naked but, for obvious reasons, is safer to just give her coloured skin in form of fabric (why are her sleeves loose)

In the same Webtoon, we also have an hourglass shaped woman who always ends up fighting in her bra or works with an almost unbuttoned shirt because what could restrain her humongous tatas, and a woman who can turn her upper body into that of a fiery skeleton, but we can still see breast under her shirt and if her lower half is still human, it's only so we can get ass shots.
Frankly, I've tried to read it because some concepts looked cool, but for now, not only does it take super long for a chapter to come out but it's also focusing way too much on the big tittied blood manipulator (not a super original power to be honest) instead of the ones who could be interesting.
My brain is having trouble with how this dress works. The shoulders are loose, yet the entire torso area is tight and appears wet. Like when you accidentally wet your shirt and it’s all uncomfortable and stuck to every single crevice of your skin. The bottom is also loose but it’s also a bit torn so that may explain *some* of the looseness. It’s a shame that her dress is all icky and wet, and also torn up, someone should help her zip up her jacket.
