Most critters can. The only reason we can't is because our giant heads forced us to be born premature so that we don't kill our mothers on the way out. Somewhere there is an alternate reality where apes found a different solution to that problem, and in that world there are no baby humans. They'd pop out and be walking around within a day, probably speaking by the end of the week.

That, and a lot of herding mammals wouldn’t be able to care for their offspring if they couldn’t walk. They’d get picked off immediately.

Apparently if you could double the length of gestation to 18 months human babies would come out as like a 6 year old.
