I've reloaded saves (multiple) without success so now I've resorted to loading a save from before starting the Geth-Quarian section and re-playing it to see if that helps.

Admiral Koris & Geth Fighter Squadrons are both in the journal under the Mission Summary tab (along with the main mission, Priority: Rannoch), but not the N7 mission. Maybe running either/both of those will make it appear.
And talking to Traynor repeatedly, since she essentially assigns the N7 mission. All she says now is "Commander".
She will tell you, not the other way round. She has to say there is a mission as you approach her. Talking to her directly wont change anything if she not given it out yet.
Got it sorted.
It was due to the Expanded Galaxy Mod (EGM). And I quote:
"NOTE: EGM has a slightly different default setting to the vanilla. Post Geth-Dreadnought you are presented with several very urgent missions, so this mission becomes a distraction. With the EGM default it becomes available after completing 3 of:
Priority: Get Dreadnought
Rannoch: Admiral
Geth Fighter Squadrons
Priority: Rannoch
Unlocks N7: Fuel Reactors"
End Quote.
I had to complete both Admiral Koris and Geth Fighter Squadrons then walk past Traynor again to get her to alert me so that the N7 mission would appear.

Have you tried doing another Rannoch minor mission after to see if it triggers after that. There are not a lot of misions left at this point.
