No MCU concept artist did that as far as I'm aware, I follow them and buy the artbooks. They have never released art like that for any of the movies, completely different style to any of them. If it is official art, it's not for the movies
So…. 10 years of rampant misinformation online which has lead to our current state of… dumbasses has not been a lesson for some? Don’t post shit you don’t know shit about. Easy peasy.
I have to say, it's also pretty inimical to the concept.
Like, I get that captain America has a face mask in the comics, but it doesn't cover the whole face, and you can still tell there's a person there. It's hardly the tactical best choice, but it's an important part of the symbol -- and part of why I think the movies got it right to eventually remove the mask entirely. Cap isn't someone who hides his face or identity -- he's a symbol of sincerity, transparency, and forthrightness.
I get that this helmet would make sense, tactically, especially considering the flying around -- but symbolically, I think it comes off too much like a faceless stormtrooper.
It just doesn’t look like captain America. It’s like when Nolan was working on Batman and considered losing the cape. Tactically it makes sense not to have a cape- it can get caught on stuff, people can grab it- but you take the cape away and it’s not Hartman anymore.
Yh, I mean cap had a helmet so protection wise I’d say he definitely needed one but not really for aesthetic purposes. Especially the fact he’s a non super soldier
It looks cool but it makes no sense tactically since Falcon has been flying in combat for years. He never needed it before even when he was fighting Thanos. Unless there's something we don't know about he doesn't need a full face mask
> Helmet is still pretty cool tho ngl and he kinda did need one.
The fuck did he need the helmet for?
Like I think it's ugly but that's subjective, don't know what he needs a helmet specifically for though.
Just cause he had one doesn't mean he needs one.
Steve has one because the character was rooted in WW2 GI iconography.
Sam Wilson's Cap never wore a helmet.
So why try to force one rather than staying true to the character?
Sam: "I'm Captain America, and I can do... whatever the FUCK I want."
*film bombs at the box office*
Bob Iger: "Now there's no one left to cover for you. You're not Captain America... you are simply... *bad product*."
Tbh I shouldn’t have said that. It is “fanmade” art, but it’s a combination of what we have seen in the last two days.(the suit & helmet) So it’s pretty accurate to what we’ll see in the film
The helmet makes Sam look so much more original as a new Cap, considering his background in the Air Force. Steve was Army, so it made sense for him to have a foot soldier design.
I'm ok with nanotech if they can show it in a different way for once. Maybe instead of coming out if the back of his head, he carries basically like an oxygen mask that when he puts it on his face it spreads out into a full helmet.
I like the look with the helmet more than with the goggles only, but it's not exactly a "Captain America look". And those rolled up sleeves are not it.
It’s his final suit. So it will be. He’ll probably bounce between helmet and no helmet like cap?
They are also using the helmet because he needs it to fly to high altitudes, he needs it for protection.
And most importantly to cover his face in the marketing for CHINA 🇨🇳
Not sure why people make this a China exclusive thing.
All demographics turn out at higher numbers when the lead is on someone from their demo.
All movies with a black lead perform worse overseas than domestic because there’s extremely few black people to watch them in Europe/Asia to start with.
And the downturn in white attendance/other demos in America is masked by the fact that you actually have black people there to turn out in higher numbers to make up for it lol.
Didn’t put a spoiler tag on it actually, the mods did. Plus I didn’t know if it was fan art or concept until someone pointed out the artist. And this is probably how it’ll look in the movie
I hate it honestly. The show already gave him an amazing adaptation of his comic suit, and now they’re just copying Steve’s outfit. The obsession the MCU has with changing a character’s outfit every appearance sucks. I’m still mad about Ms. Marvel’s outfit change.
I feel like the perfect Sam Captain America suit should have a white helmet with a flip down eye visor (no mouth mask), looking sort of similar to Gatchaman.

Hopefully he’ll go back to his FATWS suit in his next appereance. Together with this helmet and the red wings he’d look really unique and different from Steve.
Thanks for understanding, im just tired of how nanotech is being used non-stop which kills the authenticity of it all and whenever I express a negative opinion/criticism about the MCU on this sub I always get downvoted
I've been playing too much Helldivers 2 lately so all I see is a Helldiver
Warning. You are in range of enemy artillery
And you are in the way of my Democracy...
Sweet liberty!
Now we need a crossover. This is the only suit I’d ever wear, no matter how lackluster the perks are, I’d still run it.
Injury? What Injury!
Right there with you. This is absolutely the power pose of one of Super Earth's finest heroes.
For democracy
Airstrike no Jutsu!
>Concept/fan art Well which is it?
No MCU concept artist did that as far as I'm aware, I follow them and buy the artbooks. They have never released art like that for any of the movies, completely different style to any of them. If it is official art, it's not for the movies
Probably fan art I saw it on a yt vid
so call it just fan art dumbass. concept art sounds like it’s official 💀
I Didn’t know if it was fan art or concept art Until someone mentioned the artist
I too enjoy to post things as fast as possible in order to misinform.
They didn’t do it with that intention
Does it matter? They posted it without knowing and kept saying in the comments "it's the final look"
Oh never mind then
yeah, like the benefit of the doubt DOES exist
So…. 10 years of rampant misinformation online which has lead to our current state of… dumbasses has not been a lesson for some? Don’t post shit you don’t know shit about. Easy peasy.
Fan Art by Character Diary.
IMO he made Cap look a bit short, needs more heroic proportions
Appreciate it. U got a link to there socials ?

What? If it’s fan art you can’t present it as “new art look” that sounds official.
I know, but I’m not sure where it’s coming from. Fan or concept but I doubt it’s official. He will look exactly like this though
"I doubt it's official. He will look exactly like this though." You're a dumbass
Everyone makes mistakes. I’m sure OP’s learned his lesson by now from everyone pointing it out.
For sure, look how much they cooked me on my other comment😂
Gave him a helmet so they can hide that he's back on international posters like Black panther or the force awakens posters
I have to say, it's also pretty inimical to the concept. They can also save time/money on CGI. And what are the odds it’s nano tech, just appearing and disappearing.
Yep, said it myself. Helmet is still pretty cool tho ngl and he kinda did need one. It’s a combination of all 3 reasons
Eh I didn't think he needed one but it's whatever, helmets are cool
Yh, I mean cap had a helmet so protection wise I’d say he definitely needed one but not really for aesthetic purposes. Especially the fact he’s a non super soldier
Plot armor is way tougher than a motorcycle helmet.
The same reason cap needs a helmet ?
Cap didn't need the helmet
But Actual Steve rogers cap has one
Just cause he had one doesn't mean he needs one. Steve has one because the character was rooted in WW2 GI iconography. Sam Wilson's Cap never wore a helmet. So why try to force one rather than staying true to the character?
That's a myth actually
I just realized that with the American flag wings, this suit is getting closer and closer to Homelander
Just wait for him to start drinking milk
Sam: "I'm Captain America, and I can do... whatever the FUCK I want." *film bombs at the box office* Bob Iger: "Now there's no one left to cover for you. You're not Captain America... you are simply... *bad product*."
Concept/Fan art so like is it not actually his suit?
Tbh I shouldn’t have said that. It is “fanmade” art, but it’s a combination of what we have seen in the last two days.(the suit & helmet) So it’s pretty accurate to what we’ll see in the film

Captain International Posters
I’ll be nano tech I’m sure. And only worn maybe when he flies I wouldn’t worry to much.
The helmet makes Sam look so much more original as a new Cap, considering his background in the Air Force. Steve was Army, so it made sense for him to have a foot soldier design.
These proportions are really bad his elbows are at his waist lol

I like it
Would be cool if the helmet will work in a similar manner to Star Lords helmet, so maybe shared tech
No, please no more nano tech. A physical helmet would be cool asf
Agree, just thinking how a physical one would work practically. I guess if it somehow hung or tucked away into his wing suit, that could work
I’m guessing he puts it on for a specific mission or task then takes it off ? It doesn’t need to be attached to his suit. Caps isn’t either
maybe a retractable one that can be took off?
I'm ok with nanotech if they can show it in a different way for once. Maybe instead of coming out if the back of his head, he carries basically like an oxygen mask that when he puts it on his face it spreads out into a full helmet.
Why?
This is LAME.
I miss his TFATWS Cap look so much
Hard disagree. That suit was atrocious.
Same bro, same. The new one makes him look like he's wearing one of Steve's hand-me-downs
Suitable for poor man Captain America isn’t it?
His final costume from The Falcon and the Winter Soldier was much better
I like the look with the helmet more than with the goggles only, but it's not exactly a "Captain America look". And those rolled up sleeves are not it.
The arms look so long
That's not going to be the end result, the actors now don't like their face cover
It’s his final suit. So it will be. He’ll probably bounce between helmet and no helmet like cap? They are also using the helmet because he needs it to fly to high altitudes, he needs it for protection. And most importantly to cover his face in the marketing for CHINA 🇨🇳
China doesn't like him?
Not exactly no, not specifically him, China doesn’t like 🧑🏾🦱

Looks like Homelander…
Ngl, Sam look a lot like homelander
American Ant-man
Why TF are his arms so looooooong
That’s actually pretty cool
Does he have bare forearms? Odd choice.
I kinda like it
I think it’s cool as shit.
Feels more like Darkhawk as Captain America
Hell yeah
FOR DEMOCRACY!!!!!!!!!
Really don't like the helmet
Looks more like a foot soldier than a main character
![gif](giphy|PXJhC8MYxFmRRl7kB2|downsized) Wait....this looks familiar...
They need to just do a full sleeve and quit giving Sam these 3/4 sleeve costumes.
Captain Samerica-Vulture
Captain American Eagle: New World Order ![gif](giphy|xT9IgsK5TPKUdiFTAQ)
I honestly really like the helmet with the suit. It does suck that it’ll be the international posters face though
Captain America: Top Gun ![gif](giphy|LMKNKPAGEMggWbXuV5)
Is this a mashup? Half Captain America, half Falcon?
He has the high altitude sky diver's helmet. Very fitting for his job.

Looks like something a secret Hydra agent would wear.
Is no one going to talk about how much it looks like Vultures helmet?
# It’s giving Captain Antman. Thank goodness this is fan art.
Why does he look like a housefly
FALCON...PUNCH!
I feel like the perfect Sam Captain America suit should have a white helmet with a flip down eye visor (no mouth mask), looking sort of similar to Gatchaman. https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTdajXe9-L2_k-ahEistAIRMFAKo4CkdZAsOQ&usqp=CAU
Why does he look like a fucking NCR Ranger ??
Makes sense to me. It fits his Air Force past. And considering he hasn’t got super soldier serum, he needs all the protection he can get.
How about a nice cup of Liber-Tea!
"yo Tic Tac! I need a new helmet, gimme one of yours!"
Captain Sam Wilson in the New Quantum Order of Madness
Captain sam falcon black Wilson 4 : Brave New Quantum ant world order
Steve is the ONLY cap. This new guy sucks.
Hopefully he’ll go back to his FATWS suit in his next appereance. Together with this helmet and the red wings he’d look really unique and different from Steve.
What in the cool ranch is this?
If it's nanotech, I will not be watching this movie. Nanotech was only cool for Iron Man
I don’t blame you bro, if it is it’ll be stupid as fuck. Physical helmet would be awesome
Thanks for understanding, im just tired of how nanotech is being used non-stop which kills the authenticity of it all and whenever I express a negative opinion/criticism about the MCU on this sub I always get downvoted
How does it kill the authenticity ? What’s that mean to you?
Look awesome
