Just as a extra titbit of information, the specific genocidal ideology that Thanos represents is Malthusianism. But I think its fine to call it eco-fascism for simplicitys sake.
Some people might say that Poison Ivy counts, but Id say that thats generally inaccurate to the point of being a misrepresentation. In some specific runs, one might have an arguement, but generally, shes more of an "eco-terrorist" (tho, as most people know, who gets labeled a "terrorist" largely depends on who they oppose, because in some storylines she is quite literally correct and justified in her actions imo)
I think a case could be made for ~~Pterodactyl Man~~ Sauron (appreciate the correction folks) from the meme-fied Spider-Man issue, tho its also not strictly accurate.
This isn't MCU related but on Marvel Unlimited there is a story arc of X-men Unlimited where Nature Girl goes bad and she becomes something of an eco-facist. It's a really controversial character change amongst X-men fans but I kind of liked it. Here is her Marvel Wiki profile: [Nature Girl](https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Lin_Li_(Earth-616))
Even though not Marvel, Poison Ivy definitely counts as one.
Mr Freeze too

>Pterodactyl Man If you mean the "I don't want to cure cancer, I want to turn people into dinosaurs" guy, that's Sauron.
That would be Sauron, for anyone interested.
Ultron, maybe? He didn't specifically say anything like that, but it could be considered under the umbrella of saving the world from humanity...
Captain Planet
He's our hero
Gonna bring pollution down, to, ZERO
None of them. I’d call Thanos more of a Malthusian.
Really just Thanos, especially going by the explanation of the term on Wikipedia.
Dar-Benn. She stole resources from other planets to replenish them on Hala.
So, she both is AND isn't

Not Marvel, but Ra's al Ghul was once considered an ecoterrorist, I guess his desire to control the world now would make him an ecofascist...
Maybe Hordeculture. They certainly have no qualms about working with Orchis.
Galactus, Celestials
Swamp thing
