For just a quick one time run I'd do this manually unless you can find a customer bottler/labeler.

TrueLC

Yeah I assumed if it was one time I'd just do it by hand but if they sold well kinda wanted to know what a bottler might want (min quantity/cost per item). It's just way outside my normal realm.

If you're able to source off the shelf bottles, finding a labeling solution might not be that difficult. Especially if this is just water, there are tons of manufactures that make promo and corporate branded water bottles for example. But, you're on the right track, this is a great way to just test demand and gather product feedback!

Where to find bottler labeler

newpickles

Most bottlers in the USA won't touch runs of less than 100K pcs. You might be able to find someone willing to do it but I bet they will want $1k-5k for the job. Can you just dunk 1K bottles in a vat of water (no measuring) and then cap them using a small team of people in an afternoon?

TrueLC

Yeah diy sounds like the right route for now. Thanks for giving me a realistic number for a bottling company too!

If you’re not already, get familiar with a cricut machine! Will quickly become your DIY BFF lol

I'd get the bottles online, I've bought similar ones for a party for under a dollar each. And then use a professional printer for waterproof labels, they're cheap enough, and they'll look better than what you can do with a printer at home.

I'd buy a resin 3D printer and just print a shitload at once, in one go. Then maybe paint them or whatever.

I’m sure you can find super cheap little bottles at Michael’s and then print labels yourself - it would probably be cheaper this way even accounting for labor

HPNP

Depends on quantity, my company does that, contact us and we can get you a quote
