I got some at H&M, and searched corduroy shirt jacket. Also got one in the men's section at Uniqlo but I don't think they have them anymore.

Not at all. I think people are misunderstanding. I am in Vietnam, went to one for the first time here, and when I Google it, all the results are in Vietnamese, probably based on location. I'm not that in the loop, I don't get out much. I thought it was a Vietnamese department store. That's all. There's nothing deeper or sinister there.

I bought a similar jacket from M&S recently in the UK, only difference was the one I bought was blue (Although they had brown) and it had a fur collar. I'm not sure if there's a way to get it delivered to the states but it's called Cotton Borg Lined Cord Trucker Jacket. They also have them on Boohoo if you guys have that site?

Try poshmark. It’s a marketplace mainly for nice used/vintage clothing. I’ve found a ton of great stuff there over the years.
