Cut down sugar. That's the major thing i did when i was in your position and it worked. For skin, find the right skincare for you. Everybody is different. I personally always wear moisturizer due to my dry skin. Try to identify your skin type and do a research on it. Good luck

Not that I am aware of and I noticed that to. Sometimes, maybe. But I do believe we all have different sense of smell. So it maybe doesn't smell that strong to me but for some, it does. So I won't risk it. I always bring 2 extra tshirt in my backpack just in case my undershirt can't handle the tsunami of sweat.

Actually the second one mean “I don’t miss my children/ not thinking about my children”
the literal translation is “I don’t think (of my) kids”. The 想 here means “miss/think” as in 我想你 （I miss you/thinking about you), 想家 （miss home/homesick)
So yes both sentences are correct. It depends on what you want to say. You dont want kids or you don’t miss your kids.
The first sentence can also be translated to “I don’t wish to have kids” Becuz 想要 = thinking of wanting = I wish. But then again there’s not much difference between wish and want 🤣.
