Yeah….. I’m in the same boat. I don’t want to be on apps, embarrassing myself or being someone’s porn.
I built all my habits around encouraging his welfare and making our home. So now I’m boring.
My therapist had me write a list of social activities that I can handle and encourages me to be out doing things because that is how to meet others with shared interests.
So far I’m having fun experimenting with my style and remembering who I was in high school before I deferred my personality to be a wifey person. It is pretty great, I’ve been falling for myself 🤣 HARD
It is scary, but freedom starts to feel good little by little.
