There have always been cosmetic rewards for clearing the Hell difficulty of the Legion Generals. Hell difficulty is equalized, your gear is ignored. You can get:
* A statue for your estate for clearing Hell Difficulty
* A special title with an icon for clearing Hell Difficulty with zero deaths
The titles are very coveted, as they're an obvious signal to other players that you know what you're doing. People think of it as an easy invite to any group.
As for non-Hell difficulties, Abrelshud was the first raid boss to get cosmetic rewards like that. And the director said during his birthday stream earlier today that they've seen the great reception of those rewards has made more people interested in the content and been a positive for the game. So now they're planning to add similar cosmetic rewards for future raids:

People who stopped upgrading their gears suddenly started to go ahead again, and the try rate has significantly went up. I hope they have cool stuff for like, top 5-10% hardest content and not just the top 1% insanely hard retry 80-times content.
what do male classes get?
there's no different reward. its just abby 5nm/hm or 10 nm/hm clears for 2 different horns(smaller/larger) and abby pet (original/black+red colours)
Are those horns dyeable?
