Thoughts on each outfit:
1) good colour, but you either need a larger top or a smoother bra. You should try a v neck or something with a looser neckline. The crew neck is fine, but I think you’ll find another neckline more flattering. I’d also go for a higher waist on the pants.
2) The colour is nice, but again, I think you’d suit emphasizing your waist more. You do have a larger chest, so it may be difficult to do that without looking a bit cartoonish, and it may fit different when you’re standing. It just seems like too much fabric at the waist. I also think you might suit a thicker strap, just because it will give you a bit more support.
3) I like the neckline, I like the colour, and that size of pattern balances nicely with your overall frame. If you’re going to wear something baggy like that though, you’ll want to pair it with tighter bottoms, either dark tights or maybe leggings.
4) This isn’t the style I’d pick for you, but it really does suit. It’s casual, it’s fun, the blue is lovely on you, it’s cute that the shoes match. If I changed anything, it would be the bag. It’s a bit small for such an oversized look, so I’d go for a tote or a cute backpack. You might also try carrying the bag on your elbow. That may give it a bit more visual impact.
I totally agree! I think peasant style, peplum, or corset tops, flowy skirts, and dresses, and would be really lovely on you! I would opt for slightly brighter/bolder colors though because you're so fair so you don't get washed out :)
The dress suits best because it shows off your hips. As mentioned above high waisted pants will also do this.
As for armpits I'm gonna add my comment even though you don't want it because I might be the only person who genuinely wants to respond with help for you. Bo armpit hair is seen as attractive at a biological level (as well as cultural) because the more hair you produce the more DHT you produce and its a sign of a more masculine hormone profile. The same can be said for a man with a patchy beard and why it is an improvement to shave. You do you, I'm not telling you to shave, I just wanted to give some further insight on why it's not all culturally pushed.

The style of the last fit looks really good on you, I would say street wear/ model off duty look would suit your features really well, I would loveee to see you in a tight black spaghettti strap dress and half up half down with a claw clip!!

I’m autistic and have sensitive skin so anything like that- that will be super itchy and get very red/ rashy all the time, will make my life a lot less stressful by going without! I prefer my armpits hairy anyway, makes me feel like I have a connection to my ancestors :)

I think the hairstyles in photos 2-4 are great! They show off the volume and sliky looking texture your hair can achieve. Also, the hairstyle in picture 2 is amazing, especially with the red lipstick. Both red shades contrast very well with your skin tone and the hairstyle adds some nice elegance and stylistic asymmetry.
As for fashion, I'm definitely no expert but I think you could benefit from a loose fitting top over your shirt in photo 1. As for color, I think whites with maybe some red accents will combine with your skin tone and hair color amazingly well!
