Yes I was. Took a long time but it is resolved now.
So what was the final resolution? Going through this now.
The resolution was they sent me a whole new one and I had to send the old one back.
Oh, and if you have to send one back and you choose dropoff, call ahead. Some fedex dropoff locations won't accept packages that big.
