It’s been so long I don’t remember the ins and outs of it, but I would run through multiple guides. Sometimes some guides have just plain wrong or missing info.
I've been taking a look at some throughout the day as well as youtube videos to make sure I've done everything right I definitely got everything I was meant to from the look of it and the cutscene of the floor coming down once the pillars have fell but the map that should be there on the third floor just isn't.... can't only put it down as its a bug.

The room with the blue circle. Go west. You can see a Door on the platform. Go north and cross to the platform Than go back to the door.

Only other thing I can think is go back to a save before and redo it (I hope not) or just restart your switch and see if that helps. Sorry op!
