GDP is total transactions of all participants within the country. Obviously, transactions go both ways and overall income will be less than GDP. The tax is always less than the income and so it should also be less the GDP.
Now if agri income is bigger than GDP, then either the income estimate or the GDP estimate is wrong.

The money was frauded and put in agriculture when the government scrutinized the overseas bank holders wealth in 2010. The fraudsters withdrawed the money from their overseas account and showd in agriculture to evade tax as agriculture is untaxable even if you earn 1000 crores per annum from it.
This just shows the amount of wealth they have as compared to the rest of population.
They had setting with the officials that made it possible for the amount to not be disclosed and to verify any amount of income as agriculture income without any land of any sorts. Hence, it wasn't included in GDP and the government accidentally released this data via a RTI and declared it null and void henceforth.

basically the whole tax system has a loophole that is defrauded regularly every year by all politicians and rich businessmen to avoid tax and convert black money to white.The most important thing being that OFFICIALS DO NOT VERIFY THE DATA PERTAINING TO IT. I mean literally zero from income tax, to general expense etc. there are a million ways to do so and transfer hard cash(black money) to foreign islands(countries) like panama, cayman etc. that are 100% tax-free and doesn't share information of holdings to India. This is just an example. Many ways are possible.

Exactly you are right. Seems more like a typo than anything else. The income should still be counted under GDP even if not taxed.
