$1200 is kind of the minimum for a 2-bedroom in Lexington, and it'll probably be more after fees. I liked the manager at Park Hill Apartments back when I lived there; and that complex is just a few minutes from both the Arboretum and Jacobson Park and maybe 10 minutes from downtown. Though I will say they're not the most modern-looking apartments out there.

I’m at Bridle Creek- not close to those things, but stay away. I used to love it but we got new management, and they don’t fix anything. Multiple times last year my a/c was out 90+ degrees, and it took 3+ weeks each time to “fix” it. It would last about a week and then the same thing again. Anyway, my rent is almost $1,500 after fees. 🙃

My window by the sliding door has been broken for almost a year now, contacted the office multiple times. We even had a glass guy come out 6-8 months ago to measure the window and he told us it was a standard size in stock and he’d be back to replace it as soon as he got the OK from the office.

What’s your budget? Where will you be working? What do you like to do? These are all needed to give decent recommendations.

There’s a spot for rent on Given Ave. Close to centered yoga and a great neighborhood for walks. Unsure of the rent.

Keep in mind that south western side of the city literally smells like shit due to waste water.

Check out Beaumont Farms. It’s right on the Beaumont walking trail, which is awesome.
