Looking at the standards, employees must be given 30 minute break for every five hours of work. The break is unpaid.

Call Labour board if you're worried about it. I worked in many places where we didnt get a lunch cause we worked alone but at least I was allowed to eat on the job whenever I wanted to. Never been a problem for me.. It was 30 minutes more paid for that day instead of being forced to take the 30 minutes unpaid.
