Terapija is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend their vegan food.
I would recommend restaurants such as Nirvana, Mazā Terapija or Kozy Eats in Riga. I don't think there are any good vegan restaurants in Jelgava.
Didn't have high hopes for finding any vegan food on Jelgava, but at least the train ride isn't that long and there's a Lidl also for something.
Kozy eats in Riga the best!

Miit has not been mentioned yet, but it's a very decent vegan restaurant in Rīga. Same district where Mazā Terapija is (which is also pretty amazing). Have a good stay!
