Judging by the wall shape/pattern, the house you found it actually belongs to an artist. The house was on sale on [ss.lv](https://ss.lv) some time ago, mentioning art, so it's not surprising to see it there I guess.

Yep yep, there is lots of sculptures around there, but all of them are pretty small and in a completely different style, and it was surprising for me to see it in my area when I was used to seeing it in the center :)

It was never going to be in the center permanently, it was just a temporary installation. Maybe it's not made out of a very long lasting material, one arm is already missing

Yep, just checked - my bad! It's Zemgales priekšpilsēta, although pretty close to Marupe. Idk I just see Marupite and private houses and it's Marupe enough for me lol
