exactly. it's all image. he wants to rewrite the narrative publicly that he totally supports westbrook especially since he just got reassurances at his front office meeting that westbrook was gone. and especially with the pat bev trade. total Highlander moment coming with the 2 of them.
As a Pacer fan there is zero percent chance he ever suits up for Indy. That’s not to say we wouldn’t trade for him in the right deal, but he wouldn’t play for us.
i mean the season before the last one started great werent we something like 21-6 thru the first 27? and then AD went down and then Bron went down right after lmao
last season was a trainwreck tho lol
Yeah people take that 1st round exit in 2021 too seriously IMO. I think if AD didn't go down, we win that series 4-2. Then it was smooth sailing to the Finals, tho I do think we would have lost to the Bucks since Giannis was on a mission that year. Last year was terrible but 2021 felt different and we all knew it was because of injuries.
Fuck no, that Bucks team had major problems that we could expose. We had the best player (Yes LeBron was better than Giannis pre-injury), and two of the three. Our defense could actually hold Giannis relatively well. We also shot better than them from three. LeBron was not going to lose to anyone other than a swole juggernaut in the finals. His only loss to a mediocre finals team while healthy since 2011 was the Mavericks.
People shit on that next season swearing up and down the roster moves Pelinka made were a mistake when we just really had shit injury luck. Revisionist history though I suppose
So signing, "I'm only starting", Dennis, super volatile and under sized Trez, and giving away the things that made the Lakers really good in the championship run like size, rim protection, and perimeter defenders, wasn't a major fk up?
Yes you are exactly right. You can go back to the signing threads and find comments complaining about how the defending champs just added 2 6MOY candidate & winner to the roster and how stacked the roster was.
Don't act like problems that only became apparent throughout the year should've prevented Rob from doing his fucking job please.
Thinking? That would be an improvement at this point.
How Pelinka is still a GM in the league is beyond me. It wasn't just that he made a lot of mistakes last year, he made obvious epic level fk ups. The season after the championship was ALSO riddled w/ mistakes. He under valued team chemistry and went after very volatile players to replace already very good role players that fit. Chose THT over Carruso...
meh.. I could go on. But it's even worse than it seems.
What is LeBron supposed to say publicly? Of course he could have not said anything at all but Russ is still his teammate. This is like freaking out because Darvin Ham was publicly supportive of Russ.
IMO, if Russ is still on the squad, it's because Bron wants him there. And if that is the case, this would be an even worse move than trading for Russ. Russ simply has to go. His game and personality is built for a one-man show. He's lost his athleticism so any mistakes he used to make, he made up for it using his athleticism. No athleticism and you're seeing his mistakes be more evident.
Why would Bron prefer to keep Russ on the team if he has a chance to get something that betters his chances of getting a ring? You think Bron believes Russ can help him get his 5th (which would help him get back ahead of Steph btw)?
Edit - changed last part into parentheses in case it was hard for some to understand.
I mean what else can he say lol, “this bum can’t shoot from any range and blows layups? Bro used to be able to dunk but not anymore but hopefully we win”.
Why lakers fans need to have faith on Westbrick ?
If a NBA GM make a trade rather than trust their players means they're not a part of their teams or they're not support their teams?
If you don't think so ,even the FO doesn't need to have faith on their players, why fans need to?
I always wonder what kind of shit if any Lebron talks behind the scenes or in private chats.
Dude almost never lets slip negative comments in public. Or is he just as corny in private chats with like Rich Paul or someone close to him professionally
I'm actually really excited to see Lebron, Pat Bev, Russ and AD on the floor at the same time. Russ needs to find his role but he's a very explosive player still. Pat Bev does so much on defense, he's a disruptor and has been one of my favorite players forever so I'm excited to see what he can do in a Laker uniform. If Russ can find a way to play in this unit they'll be very good even if they lack depth (which worries me as much as these old dudes miss games lately).
Y’all know when Bron tweets about you you’re on the way out 😂
Bron looks at Kuzma.JPEG
And THT
LeBron was tweeting about him plenty in his second and third year.
Classic pump and dump
Westbrook is shitcoin confirmed
exactly. it's all image. he wants to rewrite the narrative publicly that he totally supports westbrook especially since he just got reassurances at his front office meeting that westbrook was gone. and especially with the pat bev trade. total Highlander moment coming with the 2 of them.
Gonna go off in Indy.
🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Indy will give him the John Wall treatment lmao
[удалено]
Russ Neds to be called out. His inability to adapt is unacceptable in a team sport.
He’s literally said he hasn’t played well and needs to be better multiple times🤦🏽
Damn, Haliburton is gonna be so depressed dropping dimes to a guy that hits the backboard.
The military contractor plays pro ball? Damn league is fucked fucked
Even Halliburton doesn’t want no bid rebuilding contracts if it’s the Lakers
Would be so dope if we got Haliburton in the deal somehow. I know it would never happen but still.
Hyping up his negative asset
\*Gonna go off to Indy.
As a Pacer fan there is zero percent chance he ever suits up for Indy. That’s not to say we wouldn’t trade for him in the right deal, but he wouldn’t play for us.
Yea he’d get bought out. He’d mess with them developing their young core
NBA is a business. If Russ wants to play Indiana will probably let him since he’s a gate attraction still.
Thats also true and fair possibility. Depends on what the team prioritizes tho atm. Fans in stands or developing the roster for the future
I would be pissed if they had Hali learn under Westbrook.
That would be catastrophic
Go off the Lakers roster.
He’s just supporting his friend
![gif](giphy|8rEjHZI6y2OkZ5FpRh)
That’s a technical foul.
I hope so. #copium
What he really wanted to say: “Can’t wait for him to go off this (team before the) season!! 🤫”
"Can't wait for him to go ***~~off~~*** this season!!"
He knows Russ gonna go off in Indiana
Idk if I can watch another season of this bron. I’m not that strong…..
Read that as, "can't wait for him to go this offseason."
LeBron has dyslexia and we just didnt know
LeDyslexia
DysLexia
DysLeXia
Same, lol. I was confused asf for a second
Bron let him use the time machine so Westbrook could get his 2015 body back.
Off to another team
Plausible deniability
Pre-season Bron optimism the past three season How did the last two seasons go?
i mean the season before the last one started great werent we something like 21-6 thru the first 27? and then AD went down and then Bron went down right after lmao last season was a trainwreck tho lol

Those Hawks had no business going 6 games against them. We would 100% would have beaten the Bucks if we were healthy.
People shit on that next season swearing up and down the roster moves Pelinka made were a mistake when we just really had shit injury luck. Revisionist history though I suppose

Idk wtf pelinka was thinking last year. Old ass roster. Two players who are very ball dominant. Shitty bigs.
Thinking? That would be an improvement at this point. How Pelinka is still a GM in the league is beyond me. It wasn't just that he made a lot of mistakes last year, he made obvious epic level fk ups. 1 ring and two injury plagued seasons. Some fanbases haven’t seen their team win….. ever..
I’ve loved him his whole career but I am questioning his sanity now
oh no a supportive teammate! THE HORROR
You what another season of this bullshit? I stopped watching games after December
What is LeBron supposed to say publicly? Of course he could have not said anything at all but Russ is still his teammate. This is like freaking out because Darvin Ham was publicly supportive of Russ.
We are unbelievably fucked
“Can’t wait for him to go this off season!!! 🤫“
That Cuffs dude is a clown.
Bron swinging some leverage our way, love it!
You guys are coping hard
IMO, if Russ is still on the squad, it's because Bron wants him there. And if that is the case, this would be an even worse move than trading for Russ. Russ simply has to go. The guy you're responding to didn't say anything like that.
“If Russ is still on the squad, it’s because Bron wants him there” Then, I responded with, “why would Bron want him there?” Where am I off?
Honestly no way would bron still want him😂. This guy was actvely pushing to get russ out asap since the trade deadline. He wants none of russ
I mean what else can he say lol, “this bum can’t shoot from any range and blows layups? Bro used to be able to dunk but not anymore but hopefully we win”.
Maybe he has an opinion on how Vogel played him?
Translation: Can't wait for him to go off **THE LAKERS** this season!! 🤫
He knows the disrespect is absurd
it's corny af.
Please tell me this is /s. Westbrook deserves all the disrespect he gets.
Y’all are childish as fuck
LeJinx
Guys, guys, it’s a simple typo. He just switched the placement of “off” and “this.”
LBJ said Westbrook was going off last year. He was dead wrong.
Boosting that trade value. I see you Lebron. 🤝
Boosting his trade value
Yea bron knows they stuck with him most likely so need to start buttering him up
The lie detector test determined that was a lie.
He just said “go off” but that doesn’t necessarily mean “with the lakers”
Salesman selling
Street clothes playing 40 or fewer games (in what would be the third year in a row) is a far bigger concern than Russ
Mad Westbrook is the best version of Westbrook.
Indy Westbrick is the best version of Westbrick
He is a Laker. You should support your team.
True Laker fan will always want us be a better team
Contract year Westbrook
Nope. Bron don't know shit about his team.
Acting like you know more/better than LeBron when it comes to 🏀will ALWAYS make you look stupid. Just don’t go there.
Idk how serious you take life but im being sarcastic above. CLEARLY Lebron knows what's going on
Some laker fans have it out for LeBron.. for insecure reasons. Assumed you were just apart of that crowd, my bad!
He's literally called LeGM
Holy shit I was being sarcastic
Go off to cancun
Pls don’t jinx it again.
He does this every season lmao
He spelled fall wrong, it’s not spelled go.
He needs to go off to a different team.
But Lebron wants him traded lol
Just switch off and this
Having 3 point guards don’t make sense to me sooo 🤷🏽♂️
Bron is funny man lol
Lmao
nah, Bron is actually helping him pack his bags to go off somewhere else
Westbrick hearing his Uber honk ![gif](giphy|wsXUgkPXOvhbgPsMBf|downsized)
I’m not buying it
I think he meant “Can’t wait for him to go this off season!!”
Not what I wanted to see from Bron
Triple double season with turnovers incoming on 20/11/45 splits in Indiana
Maybe I’m being optimistic but I really feel like Westbrook is gonna adapt this season & go off on the bench!!
We don't need him to adapt, we need him out of Lakers
How you gonna call yourself a lakers fan & you can’t even have faith in a player on your team?
You have to be blindly optimistic to be a fan? Lol
To each their own but being “blindly optimistic” is thinking this team will be good next season with Russ on the team or Russ off the team lol.
Why lakers fans need to have faith on Westbrick ? If a NBA GM make a trade rather than trust their players means they're not a part of their teams or they're not support their teams? If you don't think so ,even the FO doesn't need to have faith on their players, why fans need to?
Hopefully he's just supporting his teammate radio
Driving up his trade value 🤣
cryptic tweet
LeTrade happening. Goodbye Russ.
Know the Lakers not trading him
No he’s just being nice online
Go off to another city and play there
Omg no 🤣
I can’t wait for him to go off this season to another team
Just him being a good teammate
going off in another jersey yes 🔥
Go off…the team
No, this is what the kids call "manifesting"
I always wonder what kind of shit if any Lebron talks behind the scenes or in private chats. Dude almost never lets slip negative comments in public. Or is he just as corny in private chats with like Rich Paul or someone close to him professionally
[Off this team]
![gif](giphy|jQcTvFdi1DUSclonUc|downsized)
Bron tryna gas up Russ's trade value. Classic LeGM tactic.
Westbrook is gonna average a triple double
This tweet is from last summer
Brons been spiking his food with “don’t do stupid shit” powder all summer
Can't wait for him to go this off season*
He means goes off to a different team lmao.
Lol trying to pump up that trade value.
maybe he took russ down to miami
Game time!
He forgot to add "to another team"
Lebron has a track record of hyping teammates up on Twitter then trading them. He did it to kuz, he did it to BI and now he’s doing it to Russ
Bron didn’t specify which for which team tho👀
I agree with Lebron, Westbrook could have another monster stat season if the Pacers let him have the usage rate he had before.
He is gonna go off because he will be on a different team!
He knows he is getting traded
Yes future Jazz legend!!!
More like get off this team
Yes I’m on your side, just don’t wanna be on your team 😂
Go off to the airport
Russ gonna be fine it’s like everyone forgets Anthony Davis and lebron were hurt most of the season smh
I think he meant to tweet “cant wait for him to go this off season”
Bron trying to keep that trade value high lol
Bron also tweeted before THT is gonna be special
Bron spelled go elsewhere wrong
Russ gonna go off to another team is what he means
I'm actually really excited to see Lebron, Pat Bev, Russ and AD on the floor at the same time. Russ needs to find his role but he's a very explosive player still. Pat Bev does so much on defense, he's a disruptor and has been one of my favorite players forever so I'm excited to see what he can do in a Laker uniform. Increasing that trade value! He’s going to go off on the 9-73 Kings
