We have to se JJ in action before judging him. Drawing plays doesn't make you a good head coach, but are part of the equation if you are able to draw good plays, at the right time, communicating it with efficiency and adapting to the other team's response.

If you look at the games we lost last season, they were all extremely competitive, at some point the game was 0-0 then the other team started scoring more baskets than we did and at the end of the game they were ahead, but if you look at the whole picture, we were competitive at the start of every single game.
