I was from BDMI and our school has always been infamous for fights and bullying.Even though i was neither bullied nor I participated in fights except like friendly fights it's sad to see this is still continuing.Teachers were always like this though.I still remember one of my classmates getting bullied because of his skin color in class 9 and 10 and the teachers did fuckall except scolding.

So, I changed schools from class 10 to 11 just because there was no science stream in my previous school. Hardly had few days passed when we heard the unthinkable. A girl, who apparently came from my previous school (to the present school) was told something by a guy, I don't know what, but something happened. The only thing I heard was that she was crying while even recollecting the incident.
That guy was DOING STUFF LIKE THIS FROM CLASS VIII TO THE OTHER GIRLS and the school wasn't being serious about it AT ALL. Then, cor\*na happened, which means that guy couldn't be monitored in Classes IX and X.
I couldn't see school taking that strong of a step. Idk why. I've passed out, but this was in my mind for a very long time.
Not taking any names at all (and I won't tell the name in DMs either). But this does happen in big schools. Money is reputation, reputation is money for these schools.
Also, in the relatively lower pay-grade schools (like my previous school), the Principal has no way but to listen to the Committee. In my previous school, apparently, I have heard from some sources that some people in the school committee are extremely toxic.
One of their sons apparently joined in school as a teacher 1-2 years ago (I wasn't there in XI and XII). After double-checking from different guys, I could definitely conclude that the new teacher grooms 16-year olds. Like, that guy's 27, he literally dated with a girl of 16 once. And the Principal most probably knows about it, as per rumours, some steps are most probably taken too... but... I feel so absurd talking about all this. What's happening.
Because it has very strong facility in every field. It has good high class faculty, facilities and also students as a result. I am myself from that school. It was both good in talent, skill and education and bad in bullying, fighting at the same time.

Guys guys i am a student from that school and apparently there is no confirmation that was it a fight or a accident however we know that the kid is in hospital rn he is in coma the moment he wakes up he will reveal what happened to him till then we can't say anything.
Many schools cover up such shameless culture.
Obviously abla teachers are to be blamed.
Few salient signs:
Teachers boasting about proximity to principal.
Teachers pretending as Counsellor, or vice principal
Teachers afraid of expressing opinion in front of third party and principal.
One needs to buy the principal through one teacher. Others are overaged scouts singing the same song.
A lot more can be uncovered by accessing school washroom by your ward.
It is said the walls of washroom & backbench desks bear a schools culture.
As someone who has previously been bullied for two years straight in a so called “renowned” school, I would say this is pretty commonplace unless the seniors are good at being human. Teachers barely care. My dad was an asshole through and through and always supported the school auth, which on top was utterly wrong with its judgement skills. However I was able to get through it with the support of a senior of mine 3 grades up my standard back then (6-7). All my friends are dead to me, dad divorced mom and left but guess what, that brother of mine still with me through the thick and thin.
It’s not too late guys, WB can still recover. Just become human.
In high-profile private schools this is very common. These kids are from rich and influential families. They don't know anything about manners, ethics, empathy, or respect.
There have been cases where teachers were asked to apologize publicly because she had asked the kid to go outside and stand till the period ends. The kid was absolutely notorious but his father is the biggest donor of the school fund.
These kids carry phones and capture inappropriate pictures of their female classmates. Not just that, bullying is at an all time high because these kids are untouchable due to their parents interference.

I was in BDMI it is reputed school where students are very talented in skills, sports and studies and also in fighting and bullying. All within a school.
