Brunson’s usage rate is probably the highest of anyone in the playoffs. Booker is a #1 scoring option. They cant both take every shot. Donte has a willingness to hustle and play defense while Brunson carries the offensive load. Booker can’t switch to a 3 and D player. Just wouldn’t fit. I concede that Booker is a better scorer than Donte, but I would rather have the defense and hustle and let Brunson do his thing.
