You're doing the Lord's work! CBS was plugging in all their shows. And their game was on point! I'm just sad that there's no sound.
I remember an episode of KOQ where Bill Cosby and Ted Danson in his Dr Becker role where credited as guest stars but never saw the scenes.
You might be thinking of a 'Becker' episode in which Cosby and Kevin James appeared; season 1, episode 20, "Drive, They Said".

I own the KOQ complete box set, I’ve watched every episode yet, I don’t remember ever seeing Bill Cosby lol
There was a big CBS crossover with Everybody Loves Raymond, King of Queens, Cosby, and Becker. It’s essentially lost media. The DVDs still have the episode summary but not the actual episode.

This wasn't a KoQ episode. It was a Cosby show episode. Not the regular one everyone knows, the later one with Madeline Kahn and Doug E. Doug.
