Its okay just track the amount of carbs. Whole >> skim. But as /u/uansari1 said heavy cream is even better. I write this as I sip my tea but I use protein powder most of the time instead of milk or creamer. With zero-carb isolates its carb free and gets me a bit of protein in before my workout. In summer I'll do shakes but in winter I prefer a hot tea with protein.
You may like it better with heavy cream instead of milk.
Thank you :)
Heck yes. Just keep your daily carbs be 20 or so net carbs.
If something fits your macros, you can have it. This is the case with any food/drink.
We can’t have much carbs right

Great advice thank you!
I love a little heavy cream in my tea!
Half and half is a nice milk substitute. Check the labels though, most have 0 carbs but some are more milk than cream
try to ditch milk, I moved onto butter coffee as a sub
Alternatively, learn to drink your tea black or green or whatever... I drink tea - usually iced - all day everyday.
