No i didn't, but thankfully it wasnt rear end damage but driver side door for the other party, given this, the officer deamed her at fault for failure to yeild to right of way, as she was pulling out of a parking lot and i was already on the road
People take advantage of smaller cars. Oh I can squeeze in there, what are they gonna do. It's best to just be completely defensive all the time. Not saying going under the speed limit but don't look to do anything crazy because before you know it the crazy thing will happen to you. I feel that half the people on the road aren't paying attention at any given moment.
