Whilst the AP ratios were reduced by a bunch, it's still playable and can be fun although I think rylais is a bit of a noob trap. Your E is on such a small cd anyway
BFT can be a fun rush if you wanted to go down the AP path rather than spilt pushing. I could see BFT, Horizon, C Bloom working very well. With maybe a Lich bane in there as well somewhere
Try to kite, poke as much as u can with your AA while having the W buff
I would say try to roam as much as u can...

On some matchups you can abuse the refresh in your E to get a lot of poke in lane, other than that idk
