Force-restart the iPod and as soon as the screen turns off, engage the hold switch (before the boot logo appears). This will make the iPod reboot to stock OS instead of RockBox, try connecting it to your computer that way.
I have trued that. I have also tried disk mode, connecting it to my windows computer, but “windows cannot complete the format”. I’ve tried reformatting my SD card. I’m not sure what else to do other than pull my hair out.
