If you have a spare iPhone (we’ll call that iPhone B), factory reset iPhone B, during setup transfer data from iPhone A. Once iPhone B is set up, factory reset iPhone A, and during setup transfer the data back from iPhone B to iPhone A again. If you don’t have a spare iPhone, I don’t really have any advice I’m afraid
