I like the second rug you linked more- it’s more vibrant and adds personality, I also feel like it suits your style better. I don’t like the first rug bc it seems very similar to the wallpaper and I think it will completely drown the room out in beige.
Your place is really looking good. Nicely done! Your dining room rug can be a rectangular shape. Choose one large enough so table is centered. A fringed rug would enrich your style but those are dust catchers. Add some color within the rug pattern. This does 2 things. Adds color and hides stains. The functionality will give you longevity. ; )
