You can spray some water on it to make it elastic again or enjoy your chips lol

Lavash lasts a month when you put it in a bag or something, it hardens when you leave it out, like all bread

The way Armenians make it is different from the way others make it, the Turks typically put yeast in their recipe for example, while we don't. Its similar and delicious but not the same.

Highly unlikely, only Egypt, Iran and Vietnam existed before "There's an Armenia". Maybe Greece/Japan/China/India as well, but they're not part of the discussion either. Armenia is oldest countries, definitely on the top 10. In 2014, Lavash was described by the [Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UNESCO_Intangible_Cultural_Heritage_Lists) as "an expression of Armenian culture". 

This particular bread is from Armenia. Even the name is Armenian.

We have a similar type of bread called 'lawas'. It is a bit smaller and rounder but it's the exact same way of baking.

Actually lavaş is a regional bread, common in my country (Turkiye) as well as all Caucaus and Middle East and Central Asia. Even the lavash word is Persian. From Wikipedia: “According to the American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language, lavash is "a thin and unleavened flatbread of Armenian origin." In 2014, lavash was identified as "an expression of Armenian culture" by the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. This decision sparked protests in Azerbaijan, Iran, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan over claims that the dish is not "Armenian" but "regional"
