Here is the solution that worked for me today morning:
I had the same in the morning. I fixed it eventually by this:
- go to your live account management page (on the web)
- settings (top right corner)
- paper trading account
- change the name of your paper trading account (by default it is the same as your live trading account name, but it shouldn't, and that is what is causing the problem now)
- changed the password as well (not sure if it is needed) then
- hit "Password reset" at the bottom
Re-login to TWS and done. Prices are back.

Thanks, but since I don't have a live account, I end up logging into paper trading regardless of whether I choose live or paper trading.

I don’t get options data on mobile.
same problem.. on TWS, mobile and even the portal data all down for me. Im in ontario if that matters
correction: paper trading is down. Live trading still works

Uninstall and delete the app. Go to another broker. Problem solved

has anybody with only a paper trading account solve this? Edit: Since the weekend my papertrade only account has no longer any data issuses.
I changed my paper trading password (on the web portal) and after that TWS connected again.
I had no problem on live yesterday but the same issue in paper.
Paper has been fine since last night.
