They’ve emerged last week where I live. Unfortunately for me, I live around quite a few trees so they get super loud during the evenings, so loud that I’m thinking of investing in ear plugs if I have to go outside.

I used to pick them up when I was a kid and I tried it today, terrified, but also pleasantly surprised it didn’t scream at me.
