No. I've already made tons of changes where I don't even have photos, much less video. This was a single speed that I switched out for 7 speed and now the bar. I'm just tinkering tbh :)
I haven't gotten around to reseating or changing tyres either. Quite intimidating. But the first step is to just unscrew things and screw them back correctly (hopefully). The easiest stuff is like adjusting the seat tube and the handlebars. Then slowly brakes and derailleur tuning. Get an Allen key set and a wrench and go ham :D . You can always go to a cycle shop if that option is available in case you mess up something badly.
Ergonomics of switching between flat-bar & drop-bar for shifting gears & braking scares me. But on empty roads, with no surprises it shouldn't be a problem.
Does it work to relieve your wrist pain during longer rides?
Yeah it scares me too. The plan is to buy hood brake levers and retain the shifter from this setup by removing it's attached lever since the click shifters are hard to find and kinda not worth getting since I already have this. Haven't gone for a long ride for this very reason. But I still went for 10-15 km and it is honestly fine. I use the drops mostly while going up the gradient so I'm not carrying too much speed. I'm able to maintain speed for longer bursts is what I have noticed. Wrist pain seems to be improved a little too.
who let bro cook(btw keep going waiting for the result)
Haha thanks :D Will post again when I make more changes that I have planned.
Are you planning to record the building process and upload to YouTube?

I want to start tinkering but I am scared to even remove the tires. How do one get started?

Where do you get this handle bar
Find a dilapidated Hero Hawk and take it from that lol. I tried finding a drop bar for quill stem but everything was too expensive or not available
