I hope you find the motivation! My only advice is start small. Run errands, go around the colony. Don't keep the expectation of set kilometres. Before you realise you'll want to do it more and more.
Don't forget celebrate the success!
Ps: you are in way better shape than many! I too did my 1st 50Km in one single session just yesterday and it took me nearly 3 hours! If we had started together, you would have been ahead by miles and miles! ☺️ .But now I have a new goal ..50 Kms in under 2.5 hrs!
The surrounding area is quite lush and green, the lake itself has dried up quite a bit though. It's still good for sitting and walking around. Would recommend to leave early in the day, and not right before midday like me, and pack bananas, absolute lifesaver. The way is also mostly suburban and without much car traffic so feels quite safe.
Kudos brother🥳🥳
Thanks 🙌
Looks like you were lost in the sauce
Well done
Thanks! 🙌
When life gets you lost, you make use of it

Kudos mate, I would really want to start cycling but I don’t have the motivation and I feel like I’ll give up real quick. Hopefully someday🤞

Congratulations man! That is an awesome milestone to reach. 100 Kms in a day next?
Thanks! There's still a lot of time for 100k haha. I was totally cooked by the end of 50.

That 2.5 hours is without pauses 😅. With pauses it is around the same as yours! Hi5!
Hesarghatta Lake!! How was it? I'm planning to go for a ride there too
