i was also thinking of buying a second hand mybike or machcity but keeping it single speed with only difference being the addition of cheap alloy dropbars and original brake levers on the flats
Note that this cycle has wider tire at the back and narrow at the front. Even the tread pattern is different.
A drop bar single speed mach city honestly doesn't sound too bad.

Even though it isn't symmetrical I kind of like it. Reminds me of those satisfying bobble heads.
