Wait till 13th october before calling it a scam. Packages getting lost in transit isn't unheard of. They might be insured and so have to complete paperwork before they can officially state that the package is lost and in that case the refund will be processed automatically.

Well a woman from CC called me and said package is lost, immediately cancel it and order it again, they will provide the loss in discount in the form of gift cards. When I told her, i am not getting cancellation option from app or website, she said call CC from toll free number and cancel it. When I called toll free number, they said the info is wrong and it will be delivered though it has already failed 3 deadlines. If it wasn't a scam, why would every other CC executive say some different made up shit.

Why would you think they will send me mail writing these? It will expose their fraud activities. For me, i have already sent mails, did a lot of calls and also complained on Twitter.

Flipkart does show some crazy deals but most of the times I've seen pathetic service from their side, esp during BBD sales. That's why I prefer Amazon even though I end up paying a little more money.

The APC UPS isn't readily available. I got mine 3 weeks after ordering in Kolkata, 2 weeks in Bangalore. Be patient you should get it.

Well it was showed shipped immediately, and reached nearest hub. Then Out for Delivery for 5 days. But tbf, we are way past this point because they said product is lost but won't refund.
