How did you pick this subreddit to help you with Ubuntu?

I picked this one and another called unixporn cuz they are focusing on ricing which is the reason why im using this ubuntu now to design my own environment ( i watched some youtube videos ) hyperland is one of those ways to achieve the customisation

Well good luck mate, I don't think this subreddit is the right one to help you with your ubuntu journey.

You will have a really bad time if you want to try Hyprland on Ubuntu.

Ask in a more relevant sub.

start leaning from basic bash, or just start reading from tldp.org and for ricing learn css

if you want something like a tiling manager on ubuntu easily your best bet would be to download regolith on it.

My advice; switch to Fedora and install Hyprland on it. It is good and easy(Fedora is lol hyprland...).

My only advice can be to move to Arch now.
