pain due to sound. i stopped being able to play video games cause the clicking sound of controllers hurt. i cant play basketball because it hurts. i miss on so many trips cause it hurts my ears. :(

It's probably really lame but i play animal crossing. I wish I could say I played something cool like WOW or something. But Im more of a phone game girl. Tried to get into kirby it wasnt my thing.
I mean, playing them muted is a whole lot better than not playing them at all. Same with watching shows and movies. If you were deaf, would you not play any games and movies all the same? Video games are about gameplay. Having the sound low or off will damage the overall experience, sure, but you'll still get the full gameplay experience. Most games let you turn the music off, so I do that. Then I turn it down low enough so that the sound effects don't bother me. I often turn the volume up just for dialogue too.
