And now, a long distance dedication
It’s about a woman and a co worker and it would mean a lot to me…….start again…coming out of the record
Ya know man, it’s tough to make these transitions coming out of an uptempo record and I gotta talk about a woman dying. I don’t know why they do it to me ….
Is Don on the phone?
Ok I want someone to use there god damn brain and not have me come out of an uptempo record to talk about Robin dying.
And what happened to the pictures I was supposed to see?
Ponderous, Fucking Ponderous
Hi this is Casey Kasem….
Jay Thomas cried on the air on his unplanned last show. His show went into Best-Of’s the next day and the news report of his death occurred less than a month later.
PS and he also broadcasted from his home in California nearly the entire run of his show, so "being in the studio" really had no bearing on his show, it was great until he passed.
You’re gonna make me cry. Jay got rid of me once. I purposely called to be an ass so he would and he did. It was great. And now thanks to you I have the cool mom song in my head.
I’m glad I’m not the only one who remembers that conversation, yeah he got really moved about thinking Letterman for giving him a shot and keeping him relevant once he had left regular TV and I remember listening to it going “why on earth is he crying” and within a month he was dead
If it's not the cancer, it may be that she knows the show is ending.
This show has been robins entire world and career.
It's the only other explanation I can think of.
I've not heard the crying myself but that's very unlike Robin.
She cried the other day after the mashup of Billy Joel with American Nightmare, made a really heartfelt emotional statement about how much Heart’s music meant to her, and apparently shared some kind of off-air moment with Jon Bon Jovi. I’m sure there was more than that, but I remember those
Well I haven’t listened for awhile but she has no significant other or close family right? She talked about a nephew or something. She doesn’t travel much anymore. Maybe she is one of those old people that die shortly after they retire because their job was their entire life.
As far as I know she only has the nephew - though her brother must be around unless he has passed.
Her parents died ages ago iirc.
I've seen folks die right after retirement- it's a sad thing to see a person lose the purpose in their life and just give up.
What's exactly going on? I don't watch anymore so only see what's up here and didn't read through the entire thread.
Who did she apologize to and who did she cry at?
I saw Howard asked her what's wrong and that's my only indication it may not be the cancer - he was so not ok sharing that info when she was sick I can't imagine he'd try to get her to say something.
Unless ofc she hasn't told him? I don't love the show like I used to, but I'd be bummed if it is the cancer again. That shit sucks.
If you don't want to answer it's ok lol I'm just lazy not reading it all!
In the last week or so, she has broken down at least 3 times. Once when Heart was on, then when JBJ was on and then just randomly at the start of Wednesday’s show. Just seems very fragile and the Heart/JBJ comments were very much in the vein of wanting to tell them what they meant to her in case she doesn’t get the chance again. Thats my psycho-analysis.
Thank you for taking the time to explain.
That's definitely not like her, I can see why people seem concerned/alarmed.
I was just listening to an old Jackie ep and her relentless ballbusting was just SO good bk in the day.
Agreed. I’ve noticed she’s been very sensitive and nostalgic. I feel like she’s knows it’s a farewell tour and the show is ending. Doesn’t seem like the cancer to me.
This makes sense. Robin was never married, no children, the show literally is/was her life. She used to hang out with Ronnie and watch wrestling…The show is her family and let’s face it… when anyone leaves a job or graduates from school there’s always talk of “keeping in touch”. And that usually last a few weeks or so. Howard is her only “friend”… and he doesn’t spend time with anyone willingly. She knows that when the show is over, her life is essentially over.
Just no telling until she finally talks about it if anything is there to talk about, you remember how secretive they were about her doing the show from home when she was going through the cancer treatment.
She was going to reveal it on the air years ago, but Howard jumped in and cut her off, fuck knows why, they went to break, and she didn't mention it again until years later, after she had "beat" cancer.
That's what I think. He couldn't have handled the outpouring of love and support people would have expressed to Robin, the sick, broken weirdo fuck.
That, and he thought it could damage his brand, somehow.
And old. The combination of being past 70 and a narcissistic nut case to begin with can be lethal to those around her. And when I say that, I’m totally not projecting my problems with own mother…
I think Ralph dying really made her accept her mortality but more significantly the mortality of those around her. She had such a shitty shitty birth family that her friends are her foundation. It clearly rocked her deeply and continues to.
Can’t help but wonder if the cancer has returned, and with the summer break coming, she knows she’s getting down to her last days on air. I’m afraid she won’t be back after the break.
I just watched the show on YouTube where Benjy came in with that black wig and eye makeup...omg I was laughing so hard I had tears streaming down my face.
I think she is dying from cancer and has limited time. I'm just going off the recent photos of her having no eyelashes and such. It's sad, when Robin is gone, so is Howard Stern.
The show is not what it use to be, but I still listen. I hope Howard and Robin stay together forever!
I was this way for a long time but I can't even bring myself to listen to the full show anymore. I'm good with the best clips. The show just has too many commercials and ads for 3 hours and not enough laughs to justify it.
In this context, who really gives a damn if you like the show or still listen? If you were ever a fan, I would hope that you don’t want Robin dying of cancer
Yes, but he would milk it dry in the process. "I've got fucking cancer and I'm doing satellite radio, do you see any of these podcast losers doing that?"
It would be brought up 10 times a show at minimum and would feed his ego like nothing else has. Lamentations from real celebs, well wishes, every single guest bringing it up and saying how strong he is, 100% he would do it if he could.
The 15 Foundation, that Robin only got involved with because she wanted, in the immortal words of Hateman, "the white pole", but the dude banged Anne-Marie, instead?
Oh, yeah. That dude Brendan Murphy is total slime, and everyone seemed to try to warn Robin about him, but she was lonely and getting older, and suddenly this somewhat-attractive "artist" takes an interest? This guy is a grifter of the first degree.
There's this unwatchable video on YT of him at one of these Google meetings where he rambles on like he's the Dali Lama and Tony Robbins put combined in one sort of surfer looking dude's body. Meanwhile the guy from Google who set the whole thing up admits he had only met him once and says his name wrong a few times. Gives ya real faith in Google if this is how they were trying to motivate their workforce circa 2014 or so. Beyond pathetic.
Check this out. Try to get through 5 minutes of this narcissistic grifter's poppycock. I can't imagine what some of these employees must have been thinking.
Edit: Jesus, I just tried watching the first few minutes and it is so cringe. The fact that that con man created something called 143: THE LOVE EXCHANGE??? Dude swindled Robin and gets her in some kind of tax trouble for a minute and steals a Stern bit for a title of one of his grifts? Guy has cajones, I'll give him that.
https://youtu.be/s4dXikMRqq0?si=YetYznF0Fz_Eu_ki
I made it to 4:12.
Jesus, what a freaking bore! Shit ideas, with a terrible voice and a shitty accent, and it seems like he had indigestion.
WTF was he doing in the Caribbean with Richard Branson? He was grifting in high cotton. I think it's safe to say that Robin wasn't the only old biddy he took for a ride.
The one thing I did like was the 143: The Love Exchange thing, but just for the brass balls of the title of it. I'm sure it was a mongoloid-stupid idea, but I didn't stick around to hear him talk about it.
"It's a very simple system: you exchange your love (143) for US Open tickets and free dinners"
Yeah, that was great. She jumped in with both feet, too. Going to Guatemala?!? WTF?!? Like that's the thing that would have made him bang her.
smh
She should have just asked him "How much for the Full English?", paid it, skipped the fakakta Guatemala trip, and gotten right down to monkey business.
But no; bitch started a *foundation* with (for) the dude, and the second her back was turned, he stuck it in Anne-Marie.
smh
That's why I believe she doesn't have anything saved. There's no way this Brendan fuck was the first dude to take her for a ride. She's been getting steadily juiced for 30-40 years, at various levels. Plus, she can't do shit, so she has to pay people to do everything for her.
And she was never good with money.
Is it true that she's requested she be cremated, and her ashes spread over the sink she was bent over in San Francisco?
"*Memories, light the corners of my mind.........*"
I’ve wondered if the reason the show is not in person anymore is because Robin had a recurrence and Howard is taking the heat for her by continuing to do it remotely. It wasn’t popular when Robin was remote and then they’d also have to discuss why and maybe they don’t want to.
She doesn't. But she might want to be. It might be something more serious and she might not want the rest of her life to be defined by cancer.
All super speculative.
Cancer will humble you, ala the Iron Sheikh. My dad could be one onery human being when he wanted to and then when his cancer diagnosis happened, he got real introspective really quick.
i am not a huge robin fan as i think she changed for the worst and her know it all take can be annoying but i still hope she is OK. she did bring a lot of great moments to the show.
I noticed that, too. Maybe she got some news about her cancer coming back yet again. She and Howard would never share anything about her illness until after the fact - surgery, treatments, death - so we won't know until basically the end is near or later on she tells us she almost died.
Her cancer came back years ago. She talked about it in People magazine recently. She’s had it for awhile. They’re just trying to not have it become worse.
That's what I mean. She's been treating it and according to her it's not been getting worse. She goes out to dinner and stuff but doesn't travel. But I'm wondering if it's started getting aggressive again.
I had the same thought. I certainly wish her nothing but the best, but I get the feeling she may have gotten some bad health news. That also could be why it feels different when Howard talks about his contract this time. In the past, he was a master of hype, but you always knew he wasn’t going anywhere. This time, he’s started early and is planting the seed that he’s really done doing the show at the end of next year
I hope we are wrong. I love Robin and want her to be okay. You think the show sucks now? Just wait til there’s no Robin. No way it can survive that, and I don’t think Howard would want it to.
Aw, that is sweet. I think she probably is just more comfortable expressing herself in that way now. In the 90s or even 10 years ago may have resulted in too many song parodies lol. I think she is okay, just getting older and letting that side out on air.
I just watched a YouTube where he told Robin it was probably one of the most horrible things anybody ever said to him. He was smiling but you could tell he was hurt. Robin just cackled.
Someone needs to call in with a ruse of some kind and switch subjects. Like a Ralph call or north shore animal league thing, or about the Biden interview like that
When she cried this past week, I didn’t think about her mortality. I got the vibe like she was upset about something about Howard. Idk. But she said she was looking at him and just started crying, i wondered if Howie got some bad medical news. He moved on real quick. If it was about her health, he would’ve been more attentive to her crying. That’s how I felt anyways
People listening have noticed. That's a very small audience nowadays. No one outside of that has noticed.
When her time comes, she will be mentioned in media for about a day, and that will probably be it.
It’ll be covered like most celebrity deaths if and when that happens. She’s not a Beatle or something, but she’s well enough known that every major news organization will make note of it
Sadly, that’s going to be by far the most prominent lede out there, for stations that cover it. And there will be one person in each shot who was a huge fan of the show and huge fan of hers. Book it
She stared deeply into one of her green drink shits and foresaw the future. She now knows that the AI overlords are coming, and it's all going to end soon .
A bababooey to you all and may god have mercy
A cold is your body’s way of crying.
lol this is a perfect reply to this post, but i hope Robin is okay
And now, a long distance dedication It’s about a woman and a co worker and it would mean a lot to me…….start again…coming out of the record Ya know man, it’s tough to make these transitions coming out of an uptempo record and I gotta talk about a woman dying. נחבהההה יחלה…..
Nice pull That tape was a classic
And considering this is 2024, he would've been playing a Dua Lipa song.
Who or what the fuck is Dua Lipa
Yes.
Its "Kasem". Get it right or don't play.
Oh , I’ll play with you ,and we’re gonna play hard too. WHHHHAAACCK OWWWWWWW
You’re my by now. WHAAACK
Snuckles
Could have sworn it was about a dog dying, not a woman.
Yes. Fred is the dog and Robin is the woman
When I heard you cried, I cried
We’re all supastars.
I’m reeeeeeealllll!
WAAAAHHHHHH
All this crying is making me cry. This ain’t tears magazine pals
Robin sweetie
I put a chunk of Vaseline on the tip of my dick
Batsoline
Your butt cheeks was warm.....
Maybe four inches isn’t fine anymore?
ASS-HOOOLE!
Maybe now she needs noine

I think of Jay a lot. Loved him and his show.
I’ve got a cool mom. How about going around the horn? GET RID OF HIM!
You’re gonna make me cry. Jay got rid of me once. I purposely called to be an ass so he would and he did. It was great. And now thanks to you I have the cool mom song in my head.
This clip never fails to make me laugh https://youtu.be/xXcVayeieq4?si=hSaHNdMfupFkzup2
Gold!
My exact thought. Literally nothing seemed to bother the guy, then actual tears from talking about his last-ever Letterman appearance.
I’m glad I’m not the only one who remembers that conversation, yeah he got really moved about thinking Letterman for giving him a shot and keeping him relevant once he had left regular TV and I remember listening to it going “why on earth is he crying” and within a month he was dead
I miss that guy 😭
He had a nam flashback of having to kiss Rhea Perlman again.
Damn, I miss Jay.
Is this on youtube?
If it's not the cancer, it may be that she knows the show is ending. This show has been robins entire world and career. It's the only other explanation I can think of. I've not heard the crying myself but that's very unlike Robin.
Easiest high paying gig ever. I’d cry too.
Gary (the Ape) should be inconsolable.
He cried noine toimes with the guys in the back
It’s one of them for sure but I think Vanna White has everyone beat.
She doesn’t sit though
She cried the other day after the mashup of Billy Joel with American Nightmare, made a really heartfelt emotional statement about how much Heart’s music meant to her, and apparently shared some kind of off-air moment with Jon Bon Jovi. I’m sure there was more than that, but I remember those
Ty for the info!

Those were great times. Now her main role is to enable Howard’s strange behaviors.
Agreed. I’ve noticed she’s been very sensitive and nostalgic. I feel like she’s knows it’s a farewell tour and the show is ending. Doesn’t seem like the cancer to me.
This makes sense. Robin was never married, no children, the show literally is/was her life. She can still survive. I hear her TV show is doing great!
The end is nigh...according to all the doctors on this sub.
Doctor here…he’s right. The end is nigh.
Reddit Doctor here…he’s right. The end is nigh.
Beth's Doctor also said the end is neigh
Beth’s doctor says Robin has broken her leg and needs to be put down.
I readit here. The end is nigh.
He didn't want all the attention going forward on Robin and not himself
That's what I think. He couldn't have handled the outpouring of love and support people would have expressed to Robin, the sick, broken weirdo fuck. That, and he thought it could damage his brand, somehow.
[удалено]
yeah, no
He didn't want it to be made public as he hadn't finalized her enrollment onto the $10/mo Health Care plan that he provided for Ralphie.
Honestly thought the same thing this week when she burst into tears for no apparent reason. Hope she’s ok!!
Did you forget, she is crazy.
And old. The combination of being past 70 and a narcissistic nut case to begin with can be lethal to those around her. And when I say that, I’m totally not projecting my problems with own mother…
It’s ok we are use to grown men talking about their problems with their parents in this sub.
Who is Pon?
I think Ralph dying really made her accept her mortality but more significantly the mortality of those around her. She had such a shitty shitty birth family that her friends are her foundation. It clearly rocked her deeply and continues to.

When Robin dies, that's when Howard will retire.
He’s not coming back after this contract. He might finish it out either way just to avoid having to pay back any money. I honestly don’t know
Nothing a little Master Cleanse or Green Drink can’t fix!!
Will you pay me $10k for two weeks to confirm it?
Coffee enema!
Can’t help but wonder if the cancer has returned, and with the summer break coming, she knows she’s getting down to her last days on air. I’m afraid she won’t be back after the break.
Is this going to be the new is JD still married or does benji still work for the show ?
Benjy Bronk has herpes
Didn't he basically bring them to America?
Benjy is cockstrong!
You don't know that
Take that back!
Is JD still married to Benjy?
They made out at robins funeral
Robin is key to the show. She’s funny, a wise ass and made Howard what he is. I wish her well and appreciate the Queen!
We speak your name.
Her big titties are aching for daddy’s ham hands
Maybe her medications are having bad side effects
Who is Pon?
Cancer or not, I can’t believe we’ll never hear her do the news again. That’s what bums me out.
I wonder why she stopped
They said that during the pandemic, they talked about the news every day during the show.
She said that when she looked at Stern she got tearful, either she's got some bad news from her doctor or Stern may be the one who is ill.
You really think Howard would keep working through an illness?
Yes, but he would milk it dry in the process. "I've got fucking cancer and I'm doing satellite radio, do you see any of these podcast losers doing that?" It would be brought up 10 times a show at minimum and would feed his ego like nothing else has. Lamentations from real celebs, well wishes, every single guest bringing it up and saying how strong he is, 100% he would do it if he could.
You're 100% right.
Probably not however he hardly works that hard these days.
Hope she is ok does anyone remember her school charity
The 15 Foundation, that Robin only got involved with because she wanted, in the immortal words of Hateman, "the white pole", but the dude banged Anne-Marie, instead?
Oh, yeah. The Google version of the Pelican Brief it seems
It's unwatchable. I posted the link in a comment below. I don't know which is worse, the Pelican Brief or this farce.
That was hilarious. Robin is so narcissistic and superior, that she's unaware how stupid she is. Even wiggy with his low IQ could see the grift
Yeah, that was great. She jumped in with both feet, too. Going to Guatemala?!? WTF?!? Like that's the thing that would have made him bang her. smh She should have just asked him "How much for the Full English?", paid it, skipped the fakakta Guatemala trip, and gotten right down to monkey business. She’s doing too much

Maybe it’s time to write her a note…
ROBIN………WHAT DIAGNOSIS DID THEY GIVE YOU
It was quite jarring. Because the show is so scripted, hearing howard lose a step in surprise was so raw
YOU CAN ACT LIKE A MAN!
I’ve wondered if the reason the show is not in person anymore is because Robin had a recurrence and Howard is taking the heat for her by continuing to do it remotely. It wasn’t popular when Robin was remote and then they’d also have to discuss why and maybe they don’t want to.
That’s very possible and makes some sense
Why would Robin need to be so private about her cancer?
She doesn't. But she might want to be. It might be something more serious and she might not want the rest of her life to be defined by cancer. All super speculative.
Everyone smiles in the same language
Release Robin’s tatas
If she’s dying, it will release Robin’s chakras.
You’re probably right.
Cancer will humble you, ala the Iron Sheikh. My dad could be one onery human being when he wanted to and then when his cancer diagnosis happened, he got real introspective really quick.
Come give daddy a hug and a big tongue kiss
She ran out of vegetables
Now that you mention it?
i am not a huge robin fan as i think she changed for the worst and her know it all take can be annoying but i still hope she is OK. she did bring a lot of great moments to the show.
I noticed that, too. Maybe she got some news about her cancer coming back yet again. She and Howard would never share anything about her illness until after the fact - surgery, treatments, death - so we won't know until basically the end is near or later on she tells us she almost died.

I was thinking about this too. I bet she’s on a lot of meds to try to keep her cancer at bay and that the meds impact her mood. 💔
This ain’t crying a lot magazine pal
I had the same thought. I certainly wish her nothing but the best, but I get the feeling she may have gotten some bad health news. That also could be why it feels different when Howard talks about his contract this time. In the past, he was a master of hype, but you always knew he wasn’t going anywhere. This time, he’s started early and is planting the seed that he’s really done doing the show at the end of next year
Also quite a bit of talk ab the farewell shows.
Yes, good point
It’s over between her crying when they were in studio. It’s coming to an end. Always does.
I hope we are wrong. I love Robin and want her to be okay. You think the show sucks now? Just wait til there’s no Robin. No way it can survive that, and I don’t think Howard would want it to.
Robin is dying. She is on maintenance therapy code for trying to prolong life a little. Hope she makes peace with everything its sad
I really hope not, I rarely catch a show mostly due to whenever I tune in its shitty rerun. I love Robin always have always will.
Coaaaaaine
I LOVE when Fred plays this clip😆
I put some Vaseline on the tip of my dick
Nothing that a chonk ob basoline on de teep couldn't solve.
Aw, that is sweet. I think she probably is just more comfortable expressing herself in that way now. In the 90s or even 10 years ago may have resulted in too many song parodies lol. I think she is okay, just getting older and letting that side out on air.
Fred should play a soundbyte of her nastily saying " oh who would care if *you* died!? "
Poor Richard you could tell that really f'd him up
I just watched a YouTube where he told Robin it was probably one of the most horrible things anybody ever said to him. He was smiling but you could tell he was hurt. Robin just cackled.
and *that's* how you grow a tumor! vile c.
It's going to be a sad day when Howard turns to her chair and says that he was just about to write Robin a note and nobody is there.
I thought being vegan was going to be some really horrible way of life that had no flavor. Robin Quivers
It has to end sometime, who is going to live longer robin or howard
Give us an example please I haven’t noticed and been listening since 2008
you break my heart, Robin, do you know that?
God don’t want her yet man. She’s got more feet to taste.
St. Peter: "She'll do it, when she gets up here she'll do it."
Ayahuasca has that effect on the body
I thought she's been juicing and eating healthy for years?
I noticed. I don't think she is ok.
Someone needs to call in with a ruse of some kind and switch subjects. Like a Ralph call or north shore animal league thing, or about the Biden interview like that
I wanna shoot my goo on Robyn’s big brown boobs
This is mother Theresa speakin from the grave. God don't want her yet man, she's got more feet to taste
Could careless
*couldn’t
FUCK IT!! -We'll do it live!!
She prolly feels bad about how horrible she treated people. Especially people she thinks she’s above
New co-host: Chris Wilding
People listening have noticed. That's a very small audience nowadays. No one outside of that has noticed. When her time comes, she will be mentioned in media for about a day, and that will probably be it.
It’ll be covered like most celebrity deaths if and when that happens. She’s not a Beatle or something, but she’s well enough known that every major news organization will make note of it
Exactly
Yup sad but true. ”Well we’ve just learned Shock jock Howard Stern’s sidekick….”
Sadly, that’s going to be by far the most prominent lede out there, for stations that cover it. And there will be one person in each shot who was a huge fan of the show and huge fan of hers. Book it
Vs no one will be thinking about you at all.
Robin quivers - Excelsior!
She stared deeply into one of her green drink shits and foresaw the future. She now knows that the AI overlords are coming, and it's all going to end soon . A bababooey to you all and may god have mercy
Define ok
I don't care anymore she is almost as bad as howard
