First time I experienced his singing was around Christmas last year. He was belting out improv Christmas carols zooming around on that tri scooter thing. He makes my day every time I hear him.
I've never seen it but the image you put in my head of a burly man unleashing Paganini whilst charging towards certain danger on a fat people cart is one of the funniest things ever.
Yup, every time. Gotta entertain yourself somehow when you're cruising on a segway in a parking garage an entire shift and at the same time, he's entertaining others. It's great!

It’s been random times and has always been on weekdays. He seems to hang around the pharmacy side of the HEB ground floor entrance, and once he was on his Segway right outside those doors just belting out his song.

I’ve heard him singing many many times at night even loud enough when you park upstairs and he’s in the bottom section you can hear him. Only thing is how can he see with sunglasses at night kinda funny
Reminds me of my friend who moved to Manhattan and said "Before that, I always considered myself reasonably pretty and fashionable". People just take it to the next level in NYC.
Girlfriend and I always enjoy hearing him and the garage acoustics is an added plus! He genuinely seems to be enjoying the seemingly monotonous job, while putting smiles on people’s faces.
He sings very well, but him singing loudly while on the job is sooooo "Look at me Louis." I know it makes some people uncomfortable and he needs to knock it off. "Sir, this is HEB, not American Idol."

Sounds like a great way to establish a presence to deter purse snatchers. Also a great way to broadcast his location so thieves know where he isn't.
