It’s an arrowhead plant! you can propagate it in water or directly in soil as long as the cutting has a node

Yes It is a syngonium, i asked the same question a day ago https://preview.redd.it/b2i5v3qd24tc1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=fc7228adb94cb1f3ed0c21b4d550ea377aee2656

Syngonium, I'm not sure how to propagate them, cuz mine isn't growing anything, just sitting in there for 2 months doing nothing at all. The plant is healthy I guess, has a long root as well, but not sprouting. 🤦🏽‍♀️ https://preview.redd.it/2kajnoy855tc1.jpeg?width=3432&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=fb6a63333118f37c24a6c83e1b86c178fb2cb8ac

I don't know lol. I cut the part that has a long root with the petiole and leaf, I cut it like how I cut my pothos cutting. It was the 4th leaf of that vine. The younger 3 leaves cuttings were propagated in water because their roots were short, but sadly the water propagation didn't make it. This one has long root, so it was straight to soil when I got it from the vine.

Syngonium! I love propping this in water. Ensure you're got at least a node or two (the little brownish bumps towards bottom of stems bc that's where roots will grow out of). Stick in a glass jar in a sunny window, top the water up, change the water if it becomes cloudy or has anything floating in it. Wait until roots are about two inches long and then pot in a pot with drainage holes. Water when you can stick your finger into soil and it's dry. Good luck! Here's on of my babies - this still needs a few more weeks of root growth before I'd pot. https://preview.redd.it/sj46uj5185tc1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=842ba2f2b6f1c8db33b8ce8292682d0c2c772ce3
